Canadian Hot 100, 28 September 2015

On the Billboard Canadian Albums chart, three Canadians debut in the Top 10. Ontario synthrock group Metric leads the pack as Pagans in Vegas makes #5 selling 7,200 copies. The Patsy Cline tribute album from Brigitte Boisjoli is at #6. Mario Pechat’s tribute to French singer Gilbert Bécaud hits #10. On a side note, Drake’s collaborative album with Future, which does not qualify for CanCon, debuts at #1. The latter collaboration contributes three of four new entries on the Hot 100. The fourth is country collaboration “I’m an Open Road” by Alberta’s Paul Brandt featuring Saskatchewan’s Jess Moskaluke. Justin Bieber spends his fourth week at #1 with “What Do You Mean”.
