His first solo album Now or Never in 2002 went gold in Canada. On November 25, Nick releases new album All American. Carly Rae Jepsen in a behind the scenes look at shooting her recent music video for “Your Type” says that part of the inspiration came from her working at The Media Club in Vancouver where she used to tend the bar and sing on occasion. She says that often someone would not show up for his or her shows, and she would have to fill in by singing a couple of songs. Sometimes the audience would not pay attention and other times she was able to win them over. You can watch the behind the scenes video here. Carly will be releasing a cover of Wham’s “Last Christmas” on Friday.
