EMAs & AMAs Mendes Performance Weeknd

The European Music Awards gala is set to go down November 6, and, as is usually the case, it has more to do with northern American artists than European ones. Both The Weeknd and Shawn Mendes will be performing at the spectacle and are two of five Canadians nominated for awards, the others being Alessia Cara, Drake, and Justin Bieber. The Biebs and Beyoncé lead with five nominations each. Four of the five artists up for Best Male are Canadian. The EMAs are taking place in Rotterdam, Netherlands. The Weeknd and Shawn Mendes will also be performing at the American Music Awards on November 20th. Canadian artists are nominated for 23+ awards.
