Charts Update February 6, 2018

The Dow can’t make up it’s mind. Its name suggests it should keep going down. Perhaps they should rename it after Charles Bergstresser. After all, it’s a big stressor for many. An earthquake strikes Hualian, Taiwan. Western Canadian politicians are tossing oil and wine back and forth. And a sports car is sent into outer space (don’t ask).

In more palatable news…

Drake continues his reign atop the Billboard Hot 100 with “God’s Plan” and adds another into the Top 40 thanks to his feature in Migos’ “Want to Talk It” (#14). Jim Cuddy, favoured by Dr. Phil over Michael Bublé to host the JUNOs, debuts on the Top Albums chart at #3 with Constellation. “Soldier of Love” by Poesy (from The Launch) finds itself at #17 on Hot Digital. “Pray for Me” co-credited to The Weeknd appears at #25 on CHR, “Au Sommet” by 2Frères at #33 on AC, and Meghan Patrick now has her biggest hit – “Country Music Made Me Do It” which sits at #8 on Country Radio.
