Billboard Canada releases its annual Hot 100 Artists year-end chart. The 2020 ranking of the Top 25 sees The Weeknd crown the chart, followed by Justin Bieber, and Britain’s Dua Lipa. The ranking is based on the artists’ success on the Hot 100 songs chart. Three Canadians made the grade with Drake appearing at #10.
